• Directions

  Take two (2) capsules twice daily with 240 ml of water.

  Due to a recent change in the regulation of catechins found in green tea, the usage instructions on the Renuvo label, which advise taking it on an empty stomach, reflect the previous regulation. Please note that, despite what the label indicates, Renuvo should not be taken on an empty stomach. We kindly ask you to follow these instructions while our labels are gradually updated.

  The product contains 285 mg catechins (of which 171 mg (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG)) per serving. It is not recommended to consume a daily amount of 300 mg of EGCG or more. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children below 18 years old. Should not be consumed if you are already consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

  Rhaponticum (Rhaponticum carthamoides (Willd.) Iljin) root extract, schisandra (Schisandra chinensis (Kurcz.) Baill.) fruit extract, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), L-carnitine, green tea (Camellia sinensis L. Kuntze) leaf extract, ashwagandha (Withania somnífera L. Dunal) root extract, 4Life^® Tri-Factor^® Formula (made from bovine colostrum (milk) and egg yolk), turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) root extract, Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold et Zucc.) root extract, black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fruit extract, and anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
