• Directions

  Take one (1) sachet per day. Empty the entire contents into your mouth. Swallow the entire contents WITHOUT CHEWING. If you wish, you can drink water or another drink afterwards. Must not be taken by children under 3 years of age. Children between 3 and 12 years of age may take smaller quantities during the day.

  Warnings: Excessive consumption may cause abdominal discomfort. Avoid taking with medicines and other fibre based dietary supplements. Must not be taken by children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
