• Mode of employment

  Takes the contents of a about a half hour before eating three times a day for ten days. For best results, take Fibre System Plus two times a year. Read the instructions and follow them carefully. Do not take if you have, or you are developing diarrhea, loose stools, stomach pain, or intestinal inflammation. Do not use for more than six weeks without medical advice.

  When taking Fibre System Plus?
  The program can be taken before starting a weight-loss diet, a few weeks before an important event or after a period with an excess of meals or celebrations.
